Carbon Neutral
Not only are we careful about the quality of the prints, we are equally careful about the impact they will have on the environment. In partnership with THEPRINTSPACE, our prints are Carbon Neutral. As we produce your order, the carbon emissions that cannot be avoided are offset using The Gold Standard offsets program, recommended by Greenpeace. This includes delivery.

All artworks are shipped with a premium carrier, carefully protected. A tracking number will be provided to the buyer.

- Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location. Most packages are delivered worldwide within 1 – 4 weeks, but delays are possible.

Customs, Fees, Taxes
The price does not include customs fees for international shipping.
Most countries have no import tax for original artworks (or very limited custom fees around 5%).
Customs fees (if any) are to be paid on arrival by the buyer.
Returns
Exchanges or Cancellations
Due to the nature of the products, unless they arrive damaged in the mail or defective, we do not accept exchanges or cancellations.
Open Edition Prints
We understand that sometimes a purchase might not meet your expectations. If your print arrived damaged or was defective, the following applies:
- We accept returns for open edition prints within 7 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Limited Edition Prints
- Because of copyright issues, Limited Edition prints are considered final sale, and returns are not accepted.
- Each limited edition print is meticulously crafted and numbered, ensuring its exclusivity and uniqueness.
Damaged Prints
In the rare event that you receive a damaged print, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Provide a clear photo of the damaged print, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Open Edition Prints: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- Limited Edition Prints: Limited edition prints are non-refundable.
