Although the greatest care is taken to wrap, pack and ship your prints carefully to avoid any damage in transit, sometimes damages occur. In case your print arrives damaged or defective, we ask that you get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Carbon Neutral Shipping
In partnership with THEPRINTSPACE,​ your print order is ​Carbon Neutral. Unavoidable carbon emissions are offset using The Gold Standard offsets program, recommended by Greenpeace. This includes production and delivery.
Processing Time
Please allow 2-8 days for printing and packaging before shipping.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We fulfil your print orders at THEPRINTSPACE, Europe’s premier Carbon Neutral fine art & photographic printers. We offer an expedited shipping option through DHL International for timely delivery. Tracking information is provided via email once your order has been dispatched from either their London-UK, New York-USA, or Dusseldorf-Germany studios.
Shipping Costs & Customs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. The price does not include customs fees for international shipping. Most countries have no import tax for original artworks, or limited fees around 5%. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns and Exchanges

Open Edition Prints
- We accept returns for open edition prints within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Item must be in original condition and original packaging.
- Refunds processed within 14 business days after inspection.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) required.

Limited Edition Prints
Final sale – no returns accepted. Due to copyright and exclusivity, limited edition prints are non-refundable. Each print is signed, numbered, and comes with a certificate of authenticity and holographic seal.
Damaged Prints
If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at Info@theprintspace.co.uk with a clear photo of the damage. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly. Please keep all original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Open Edition Prints: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- Limited Edition Prints: Limited edition prints are non-refundable.
