Description
“Spring Smells Like Petals” offers the viewer a sensory experience. The interplay between the bright turquoise and fiery reds forms a color dialogue that feels both organic and spontaneous, with the intention of being associated with spring’s exuberant bloom and the energetic renewal of nature. By using soft, cloud-like formations I wanted to give the image a dreamy, immersive quality, inviting the viewers to lose themselves within the flowing shapes and shifting hues.
Working with innovative techniques, such as multiple exposures and intentional camera movement mixed with digital painting, I wanted to create a unique visual experience. The delicate threads of shimmery gold texture add dimensionality and tactile contrast to the fluid background, establishing a rhythmic energy and a sense of depth that guides the eye through the image.
The color palette evokes elemental and cosmic motifs, allowing the viewer to project their own experiences and emotions onto the piece.
