Description
A View from Above is my way of seeing the main square of a Medieval French city at dusk, not as a literal scene, but as a quiet dance of shapes and lines, arriving at a simple geometry through multiple exposures. Rectangles and squares layer gently, like moments folded within moments, each one touching the next, deliberately. Lines symbolize old narrow streets.
The surface, textured and rich, and vivid colors invite you closer, revealing a tapestry not just of forms, but of time itself: shadows stretching, streets quieting, life gently shifting. It is an invitation to stand still in a painting, where the rhythm of the city pulses quietly beneath abstracted shapes.
This is a space between reality and dream, presence and memory. Here, the ancient square whispers its secrets, not in words, but in a flow of shapes and lines, a quiet hum of urban spirit seen from above.
