Description
Evening Rush is my attempt to capture the hustle and flow of evening traffic, the glow of car taillights, the busy streets, and the shapes of surrounding buildings, all layered together in one moment. Using multiple exposures, I blended what’s moving with what’s still, so you can feel the energy but also catch that split second when everything pauses. The colors, blues, yellows, and pinks, mix across the image, creating a rhythm that moves both side to side and up and down, kind of like the way the city breathes in those busy hours.
Working with abstract shapes felt natural here because life in the city is rarely just one clear, neat thing. It’s messy and beautiful, chaotic but somehow balanced. This is an invitation to slow down and find your own story in the layers, it’s not just about what’s in front of you, but how it makes you feel when you really look.
For me, Evening Rush is a moment caught between motion and stillness, busy and calm, noisy and quiet. It’s about seeing the energy beneath the surface and finding peace in the chaos.
